Disappointed

I loved the look of these earrings...I’m a huge Art Deco fan and my birthstone us amethyst. That being said, my husband got these for my birthday. #1- I was surprised at how much smaller they are as opposed to photo. #2. the actual ‘hook’ that goes thru ear is relatively short; which means it can easily fall out. I am trying to use post stoppers to prevent them from slipping out of my ears; particularly due to mask wearing. I haven’t been successful in finding a post stopper yet to help. These earrings are quite lovely but I am dissatisfied in the size and lack of craftsmanship to prevent them from falling out of my ear lobe. For the price, these concerns should have been already taken into consideration.
